The room is fully equipped, clean and has good service. The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel has a small facade, facing the street, and diagonally opposite there is a convenience store that has been open for a long time. The front desk staff are patient and considerate.

Unquestionably one of the best hotels in Chicago. Interior is gorgeous, service is outstanding, and location is excellent. The hotel is not too far away from the Union Station. I will definataly visit again.
