I tried contacting the reception through telephone and telegram and they did not respond at all about the issue. I just had to take a freezing cold shower. He was helpful in all matters, helped organize a trip to the mountains, gave recommendations on where to go, how best to get somewhere, and generally helped in everything and everything he could:) The hostess Alla prepared breakfast for the guests, was always friendly and positive for the whole day :) The courtyard is very neat and tidy, everything is clean. It's almost always quiet around and you want to enjoy this silence and the atmosphere around you. Very nice, spacious rooms. Many rooms have balconies where you can comfortably relax with a cup of coffee or tea. The only drawback is that you can smoke on the balconies, and if your neighbor smokes, the smell penetrates through the open balcony door and does not wear off for a long time:( There is a small pond with fish and frogs. Local amenities include a small swimming pool, a steam room (for a fee), a salt room, a gym, a self-cooking kitchen, and a large gazebo in the courtyard. In general, our entire delegation (there were 6 of us) was indescribably delighted with the owners and their amazing guest house :)"
