"location is good , just behind chitrakoot bus stand , big property very well maintained, food is just ok. complimentary breakfast is very basic consisting of patatha, idli,upma ,sambar , toast , cornflakes and tea. limited staff but are very helpful right from security person to manager. very responsive too, go out of the way to help you. one thing that needs attention in future is the infrastructure maintenance like switches , doors etc. overall comfortable stay "

"The guys were great. We were allowed at a very nominal price for early check-in at 2 am. The hotel location was the best in chitrakoot. And they guys also booked an tuktuk / auto for local sightseeing at a reasonable rate. And the night aarthi was just next to hotel on the river. The view from the room facing the river was just superb. And their inhouse food was just ok. Maybe we are south indians. Over 9/10"

"The stay was decent with decent buffet spread. Do not expect 4 star or 5 star service at this price. Staff was courteous. Cleanliness was above 3. 5/5. Earlier we were allotted a room where a/c temperature was not in our control. However upon complaint, they immediately changed the room. But t. V. Was not working. Items in the menu were very reasonable and i would appreciate that they did not charge for baby’s milk. This is the best hotel available in chitakoot."

"Room was spacious with all comfort but a little inconvenience. Charging point given at bed was not working. On complaining about it, the reception *** told to charge your mobile at other charging point. The sufficient no of clothes hangers were not provided in room. After asking, they provided it. The use towel was hanging in bathroom. On complaining they provided another one. No bottle water was provided as complimentary in the room. You have to purchase the water bottle at reasonable price of rs 20/bottle. However their hotel filter water was given in jug. Restaurant food items is good and tasty with a little bit more price. The restaurant service was good. Mr rahul ji, receptionist is a good person by heart. We have to go to station in night to pick up the train 1 hours before since we're senior citizens. But he advised me to remain in hotel. I will manage your arrival at station 15 minutes before. He told ”abhi station par jakar, kaha garmi auro um-ash mai paraisan hongai. ” overall stay was pleasant. I recommend it."
