"I would never recommend this hotel, this place! and Chuisa is a very small town, nothing to see and not convenient to get around. Hotel room extremely small, no window. The room is the different from the picture it shows. (Cheating!!!) The staff don’t speak good English, apparently it’s a family owned hotel. The room was extremely freezing, not enough shower gel, no water, no elevator etc. The staff didn’t make you feel welcome at all especially at the reception. They are too cold and they have lack of will or knowledge to help guests. If you ask them a question, they don’t know anything… or don’t know anything to tell where to go for Dolomite mountains. They can’t be bothered to help you with anything. The price doesn’t worth the money! The only thing good about this place is the dinning is acceptable, but still… there is even a cat jumping around the table when I was having breakfast and dinner… overall, very bad experience, not convenient for traveling, didn’t feel welcomed. If you think to travel around the mountains, don’t come here!!!! The worst experience of my trip this time!!!!!!"

"Great room, modern and clean, slept very well on the mattress. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The location in the center was also great. The spa area was also nice (whirlpool and sauna, lounge area). Only the steam room could use a cleaning or some freshening (it smells musty). All in all, I'd happily return!"

Hotel Schmuckhof ★★★

"The property is nice and clean, although quite uncomfortable. To get to the rooms, there are a lot of boxes, which are definitely inconvenient with suitcases and some parts outside, so it's really cold at times. Many rooms don't have a bidet, and yet we're in Italy 🙄 In the bathroom, there are no towels for the shower, only small ones. The classic duvets are short and narrow, and since I'm slightly taller than average (171 cm), I had a hard time sleeping. Either my feet or my entire shoulders were exposed. Extremely uncomfortable. There's no phone to contact reception, and as I said, leaving the room to get there is a journey 😬 There's not always someone at reception; you have to go look in the restaurant or somewhere else. Breakfast is average, nothing special. In short, I was really hoping for something better."

"A very beautiful, well-maintained house with a lovely garden and swimming pool. The indoor pool is also great. The host family is very attentive and helpful. We would love to come back. The family room was ideal for our two children, and the terrace was lovely."

Hotel Bischofhof - Bistro Jasmin ★★★

"In June we spent a few nights at the Bischofhof and treated ourselves to a gastronomic treat at the Jasmin twice. Hotel: Exceptionally clean and well-kept hotel (this is almost a given in South Tyrol, but the hotel is exemplary in this respect). What we missed was the usual warmth - friendly but somehow distant. After eating back from a walk, the hotel bar is usually closed (staff?). The multi-course menu is sensational and offers excellent value for money."
