First, after successfully placing an order to extend your stay in the original room, the order shows that you can extend your stay in the original room, but when you check in at the front desk, you are informed that there is a system problem and you cannot extend your stay in the original room and there is no same room type. Secondly, when waiting for the room to be adjusted, the front desk staff was obviously not familiar with the business. The problem was not solved after waiting for a long time. Later, another front desk staff member handled it and gave us the lowest room type, but there was no apology and no room upgrade. Thirdly, the room we were given was not clean enough.
