There is a market in the hotel lobby that is very convenient for guests and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. The lady working (Ellen) the desk during the day was very rude about it and said it was not possible. I then talked the the 2nd, over night and early morning shift and they accommodated my request with no questions asked. I also talked to a few other guest and they had the same experience as I did."
