"From when we arrived we were greeted with friendly professional staff. The villa that we stayed in was presented extremely well and clean. "The hotel was poorly prepared when we stayed there. The room was okay, the AC was cool, and they provided a drinking water dispenser, plus a smart TV. However, there was no Wi-Fi during our stay; the password was constantly incorrect, which was very inconvenient. There is a private beach and a good view from the pool to the ocean. There are two swimming pools: one for kids and one quite deep, which I appreciated. For breakfast and restaurant food, don't expect much. Not up to 3-star expectations. They often ran out of ingredients, and we couldn't order everything on the menu, so we ended up just ordering French fries and spaghetti carbonara. They cut corners on the breakfast menu and kept the same menu for the two nights we were there. The bathroom smelled bad. I had to ask for camphor, but they only gave me three small ones, so the smell persisted. Furthermore, my bathroom light kept going on and off. It made me uncomfortable every time I showered or used the toilet. The other 2 bathrooms have a toilet spray on the left side, making it difficult to clean yourself because the hose is short and cannot be moved to the right."
