"We have just had a fabulous week skiing and staying at the Hotel Cristal Palace. We booked with Inghams and upgraded to a deluxe room which was a triple room and a bit more spacious, it also had two balconies with panoramic views over Madonna. The room was always kept spotlessly clean, with a ready supply of fresh towels and clean linen, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel offers a very efficient shuttle bus service to the lifts and centre of town and the times we needed to use it we rarely had to wait more than five minutes if at all, we were not looking to be on the first lift in the morning so I can’t comment on how busy it is at peak times. The spa was also very relaxing and we enjoyed some late afternoons relaxing and swimming. Our overall highlight and appreciation goes to the staff who are amazing, they really couldn’t have done anymore to welcome us and make sure we were thoroughly looked after the whole week. The food was excellent, a fantastic choice at breakfast and the evening meals of a very high standard, it was so hard to choose each evening because it all sounded and was delicious. A special thanks to Giorgia who looked after us impeccably, Victor for all the pre dinner drinks and conversations, Amir for his wine recommendations and Allessandro for his friendly and professional service. Our thanks also go to the wonderful chefs, the food was fabulous! We will hopefully be back!"

"Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, location, service, and facilities were all 5-star quality. However, for a luxury hotel, there were two small issues with the bathroom: the shower water leaks all over the bathroom floor, and if you run the shower and the bathtub at the same time, they share the same hot water line, which causes sudden temperature changes. Also, the food prices at the hotel bar are quite expensive. Despite these details, it was an incredible experience and we highly recommend it!"

"We stayed at the Hotel Arcangelo in Trentino with our family and had a wonderful experience! The staff, especially Stefano, was always available and provided us with all the information we needed to plan our excursions. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prices, such as the possibility of excursions for only €4 per person (and our 5-year-old son was free!), whereas elsewhere they would have cost much more. Our room, 504, was gorgeous and had a unique Ice Age theme, with an indoor slide that our children loved using to go downstairs! The food was exceptional, with a wide selection every morning and evening. We tried so many options and always found something new and delicious. If you need some relaxation, there's also the spa, accessible until 6 pm, including children, and from 6 pm to 7 pm, adults only. I also enjoyed a massage with Raffaele, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, we were very satisfied with Hotel Arcangelo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable holiday experience in Trentino.
