It was quiet despite the highway. Checking in was easy, and friendly. No internet was a let-down, and the Tesltra signal was poor in Colac town as well as at the park."

"What a great place. The reception was as nice as I ever experienced a motel reception. The Chinese lady was fantastic, she even boiled our eggs for us for the next morning. The room is very clean, the bed made perfect, the shower and toilet very good. The only remark I have is that the window fan in the bathroom is very noisy. Close to IGA is very convenient. Again, what a great place."

The facilities inside were more basic than I had expected. There was only one bed, and there was no access to electricity or heating. Other amenities were very limited as well.
