Beautiful property. Very nice pool area . Good choice of food selection. Spacious room - abundant TV channels portions. Airport shuttle made it convenient too. Freindly staff

The staff at the hotel from the beginning did not treat the guests well.
I ordered towels and toilet paper and they never brought it.
The hot tub didn't work either and was dirty.
Terrible service, I had to stay at the hotel for a week but I didn't like it at all so I left the next day.

Modern and very clean rooms. Extra large beds. Very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is very complete. There is a nice pool on the roof with views of the city. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport. Recommendable.

The rooms are spacious with minimal toiletries. Bad: - The staff is not friendly, starting with the receptionist who received us in a bad way. - The young people at the spa made offensive comments about the way I dressed for the gym because I had “VANS” on, thinking that I couldn't hear them because I had headphones. - There is no one attending to the pool, the water is dirty, it seems abandoned. - There is no air conditioning in the common rooms, breakfast is hot. - Very little variety for breakfast. For the price you can get something much higher.

My opinion is for and against. The rooms are spacious, with the bare minimum, although many details are missing for better comfort. I stayed three days, the cleanliness of the room was not the best. The bathroom had the bare minimum of amenities, so much so that I had to go to the nearby supermarket to buy what was missing, old and scratchy towels, only a medium one for the shower. At breakfast I could see cockroaches walking on a wall next to the hot drinks station. In my family we have a habit of measuring hotels by their quality and price in the preparation of the dry martini, which although it is a very classic cocktail and easy to prepare. It has details that show the quality of your bar. I attach a photo of it which speaks for itself.... Of all the hotels of the chain that I have visited in different cities, this is unfortunately the one that I liked the least.

Not acceptable that the bar closes early or 1 towel for a twin room. Slow check in. Worst of all, air conditioning not working below 26 C

It was dirty in our room, especially the floor was filthy. The service at the bar was very poor and very slow!!! There was no service at the spa and the swimming pool. The hot tub by the pool was out of service.
