The hotel amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness centre, added to the overall convenience of my stay. One highlight was the impressive view from my room, overlooking the cityscape. It added a pleasant touch to the overall ambience of the hotel. While the decor might not be the most modern, it exuded a classic charm that complemented the overall atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. The culinary offerings were satisfying, providing a decent start to the day. However, it's worth noting that some areas of the hotel might benefit from a bit of updating, as certain furnishings showed signs of wear. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection could be inconsistent at times. In conclusion, Mandarina Colombo offers a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and decent amenities. Eat here - Just perfect! Great atmosphere. You sit in the middle of a idyllic garden under a beautiful tree. Nilmini, Dilruk and Krishmal have taken care of us super and explained the buffet great. Goodbye to the chef Sujith - Your food is excellent! We will definitely come back!

Love the place couldn’t stay for long only one day we stayed but love with the foods great taste and good comfortable the room was.

Stayed in Colombo for the first time in a while. The building itself is a little old, but the hotel is beautiful. The doorman at the entrance? He was a very nice person. One Galle Face Mall is also within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I want to stay again.

Everything was excellent. Very good buffet for breakfast. Nice pool on the roof with gym and coctail bar. My room is on 24 floor has a fantastic view on the green lake, skyscrapers and a port of Galle face green. The room was always clean and fully equiped - much thanks for housekeeping to Dhananjaya!

Overall, it's okay. The price is relatively cheap in the capital. I thought it wouldn't be a good stay at this price. The overall feeling is okay, but the disposable items are a bit rough. Fortunately, I brought them all. The bathroom is a bit dim and hot. There is still plenty of water. There is an infinity swimming pool on the roof to enjoy the night view🌃. There is a sports ground nearby, which is very lively. There is a big fruit stall on the corner of the main road at the door, which is very interesting! Don't go

The property is good - spacious rooms and bathroom - nice bed and hot water. The quilt / blanket was very thin though. Room has a safe and a mini fridge and cup-boards. Location is very central and walkable to currency exchange, port city, galle face mall. Important thing to note: the hotel is right next to few bars and was quite loud till about 1 am on both nights we stayed here. Towels seemed a bit old, no face towel provided.

It was really cordial to stay in a Chinese-owned hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The room decoration was in the style of a Chinese express hotel. Being in a foreign country, I immediately felt like I had returned home! Unfortunately, the hot water was always unavailable, and many details were not done well. Many areas of the hotel still need to be improved.
