It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

"The room is clean, large, well-equipped, and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and beautiful scenery! The flowers are bright, the trees and plants are unique, the hotel's food is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! The service attitude is good! There is luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, which is very convenient! The price-performance ratio is high, I recommend staying here! I will be very satisfied!"

"Great for golf. With 27 holes you can play 3 individual rounds of 18. The hotel is due to open a further 9 holes in January 2027 making 36 holes with a permutation of 6 different courses. Golf is free from June to September ( just pay for buggies 6 rounds gets you a discount ). No problem changing tee times. All rooms are forward facing with well furnished balconies. Rooms are relatively large, well decorated and clean. Bathrooms are spacious with walk in showers. Food is plentiful and varied. Breakfast served until late. More pools than fingers on one hand and plenty of sun loungers. Free shuttle bus into town. Staff always helpful. Second visit in 9 months and will go back again this September. Booked with Golfbreaks, Flights separate with Jet2. At about £105.00 per night, half board with golf for this hotel you will not find anything better anywhere."

"We had an amazing time at the Grand Horizon. The room was clean, spacious and so very beautifully presented. We had a view to die for overlooking the sea and the harbour. The swimming pool was clean and a lovely temperature. Our breakfast was very appetising, there was everything to choose from and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the virtual check in and the fact you had a code to use all around the complex rather than having to remember and keep keys on you. All in all it was an amazing stay and I would advise everybody looking to stay in Puerto Rico to give the Grand Horizon a try. A five star experience!"

"Absolutely! Here's an elegant and natural-sounding review: My stay at this hotel was truly fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The pool area is a huge plus, and using it was a real pleasure. Access to private underground parking is also a major convenience, ensuring comfort and safety. The apartments are furnished to the highest standard – modern, spacious, and well-equipped. Separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms are a very practical feature, significantly enhancing the comfort of your stay, especially when traveling with family or a group of friends. An additional plus is the SPAR store located right in front of the hotel. You can buy delicious coffee there and excellent Nutella pancakes – a perfect start to the day or a quick snack. This is a hotel I would happily return to. The high standard, great location, and excellent amenities make it deserve the highest rating. I highly recommend it!"
