"Don't go there, the service is appalling. They scammed me out of €100 even though I didn't go. I notified them that I couldn't go due to an urgent medical issue, and yet they still withdrew €100 from my account. I think it's robbery; this is no way to gain customers. We must advise against going to this hotel."

"The Hotel Arcs is excellent. My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights, booked by the bicycle tour operator Creative Catalonia. The hotel is squeaky clean, quiet, charming, and first class by any measure. Swimming pool to refresh after a hot day. 5 minute walk to the town plaza. The attached restaurant is very good. Breakfast is excellent; a wide selection with the option of a made to order omelet The proprietors are very personable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would most definitely stay again. "

"Excellent beach resort. We stayed for 6 nights in June 2022.Very polite and helpful staff. I was concerned about visiting unfamiliar place but there was always someone ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view toward the pool area from our balcony. They have different size pools including a very shallow one which was perfect for our 18 mo old daughter. She enjoyed playing in the water very much. As other people mentioned the breakfast buffet is nice. Overall the Resort is well managed. Quiet. People are extremely polite. Speaking about both staff and visitors. We had enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again. The Resort is situated in the middle of Costa Brava and easy access to all interesting places. So rent a car and explore. "

"Beautiful small hotel with pleasant staff, beautiful rooms, and a delicious breakfast. We really liked having a Nespresso machine in the room, and although the breakfast looked a bit modest at first glance, it turned out to be absolutely perfect. We will definitely visit again. The price was also very affordable. P.S. for the owners/managers: Please consider adding a hotel sign or direction sign at the end of both streets leading to the hotel, as we had trouble finding it even though it was only 20–30 meters away."
