"Overall great experience. Very helpful and accommodating."

"You and your team really helped us solve an unexpected glitch and successfully complete training for a cadre of employees. Because it was a last-minute change, for us with plans falling through, your support late in the day for the event the next day literally saved the day for us. On top of that you moved some items around in the conference room at your location that were being used for renovations that afforded a little more room to enter and exit and sit. Your team was extremely kind and helpful. In this day and age, we just don't see the type of kindness and assistance your team provided, so it is especially appreciated. Thank you to you and your team in multiples!"

"3 of 5… This site is a basic extended stay hotel, mainly built for local oilfield and transients. Amenities on the room are available (full size fridge, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, coffee maker). Recliner in room. Issues with room: Soiled top comforter (looked like baby fecal matter), Sheets on bed appeared to have been slept in already, and the mattresses are sunken in. Only bathroom washcloth originally just looked dingy, however upon use was stained with either oil or mud/dirt. Non-smoking room had a strong smell of smoke in the room. Required sleeping the entire night with a window open, running the HVAC unit fan (not using AC compressor), running the bathroom ventilation fan, and needing to purchase Febreze spray and a glade plug in to manage the smell. Every fabric item in the room (carpet, curtains, bedspread and frames, and shower curtain had a foul odor). Hotel was not accommodating in the room issue or adjusting a group reservation to an individual person. Concerns raised again at checkout were dismissed. Additionally, IHG customer service line was unable to assist with folio issue, referring back to the hotel, who originally could not assist and referred the concern to IHG. Just know what to expect at this facility. This was business travel and a facility I would not stay at again."

"This is without a doubt a great place to stay. Everyone, from the manager down, helped us with anything we needed. They have the best breakfasts, not the same everyday, Seasoned potatoes and eggs, chorizo with one or both, multiple pastries, cold whole or 2% milk, same juices but never a bland breakfast. We will definitely return"

"This place is like a home away from home. They have a washer and dryer and a full size kitchen with pots and pans, plates. All I had to do was buy groceries and cook my meals. There are not very many places to eat in Cotulla. The place is quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again."

"Simply superb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and attention to detail at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable lodging experience."

"Good service. Good location. Friendly staff. Great for the price."

"I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk manage was great. He was friendly and funny. When I locked myself out of my room, he was accommodating and understanding. I will stay here again when I travel from Mexico to San Antonio. Thank you."
