Lovely apartments. The service was very good. . Just had to ring and they were round in literally 2 minutes if there is an issue. . I accidentally put the child lock onthe hob. Very clean and modern. Understandable that they require a Deposit as the apartments are all new and if damage occurs they can recover the damages.

We chose this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be and offered free parking. Our experience was not great, the room was very much in need of a makeover and one of the light sockets was hanging off the wall. It was a double room but only came with one easy chair and an uncomfortable desk chair The toilet seat was cracked but had been repaired and when we ran the tap there was an incredibly bad sewer smell coming up. The bathroom door was a strange configuration where it closed and latched to separate the toilet from the shower but there was a glass shower screen between the two so not much point really. We ordered and paid for breakfast, booked an 8am slot but when we arrived they had no record of payment and had no tables. When we asked what they could to sort this out we were told they didn’t know!! Fortunately a table came available quite soon. Breakfast room was not part of an adjoining pub as is our usual experience as was very small and cramped, but food was reasonable if a bit limited in choice. In summary, not worth the £126 we paid for one night b&b and far from the £45 per night they are continuously advertising. We would have reported the issues but reception was unmanned

The hotel arranged for me a room with barrier-free facilities, which was not very hygienic and made us uncomfortable. There is no air-conditioning in the room, only a fan. The UK is a bit unbearable when it encounters a severe summer.
