I was hesitant to book this due to other reviews of the noise. We had a room second floor facing the highway and it was quite. I'm glad I took a chance. The room was comfy and clean. The towels were soft.

I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and this one isn't the best. Everything was a bit shabby and the guy working the front desk seemed to have an attitude. He didn't greet me as an Honors member, didn't offer free water bottles, and was downright unfriendly. I probably won't stay here again.

Hilton should be embarrassed to call this one of their hotels. I go out of my way to stay at Hilton - and this hotel was 30 miles off my route. Chose it because Hamptons are normally great. It is run down and filthy. Run down is one thing - that might be timing in the refurbishing cycle, but there is no excuse for dirty. There was a ton of long black hair throughout the room and bath. There was schmutz on the bath door and walls. Faucet was flopping all over – and I crawled under the cabinet to hand tighten the nut to make it more usable. Dirty tissue behind the toilet. As a Hilton Silver member, we typically get bottles of water in the room. Didn’t happen here. Front desk personnel had a bit of attitude when I asked if there was a cot available. Not a place we will ever stay again.

Enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Great location with easy access to I-24 and Covington. Coffee and breakfast was also good along with all the polite associates. Would stay again when in the area.

All clean and staff friendly. The major highway was noisy—ear plugs a good idea.
They charged the full two days before we checked it?!?!
