"The hotel staff suddenly opened the door twice without asking!!! This is extremely impolite, and the check-out staff claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. They said they don’t know who has checked out or not, so they just opened the door to check. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a ridiculous solution. Is this really a four-star hotel?"
