"I've stayed here multiple times; it's very good. It's a great value hotel in Cux. It's very new. The front desk staff speaks fluent English and are friendly to Chinese guests, although there are very few Chinese guests. It's a 3-minute drive to McDonald's, Burger King, and Lidl supermarket, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. Very good. The rooms are a bit small, but still acceptable. The facilities are average."

"This hotel is considered a relatively high-grade hotel in Cooks. You can walk to the port outside the hotel, and you can see the spectacular port and witness the large boats. "This time a small single room, but perfectly for one night. The bed was comfortable WiFi stable. However, the view from the window was very modest. Hotel staff very friendly, not to put anything out. The breakfast was plenty, the coffee was excellent (that I wish from many hotels so). All in Allen was the stay according to price performance perfectly well. I am glad to recommend this house further."

"This is the worst experience we've ever had while traveling. They said it was the last room available in Cuxhaven over the Pentecost weekend. We paid €225 for this room – a complete rip-off. We spoke to other guests this morning. They only booked on Wednesday at a rate of €149, while others paid €137. Even that is ridiculously expensive for this "hotel." As Mr. Lars Jansen already mentioned, it's unacceptable. The toilet seat was loose, the shower seals were broken, the wardrobe fell out when you opened it, the bed was far too soft, and there was an extremely pungent odor coming from the bathroom that didn't go away even after airing it out. The room was very noisy. Breakfast was awful; the coffee on the first morning was lukewarm, and you had to sift through several pots to get it. The juices were supposedly from Pfanner, but they were watered down. Cleaning cloths were left lying next to the clean plates. Chairs were wiped down with the same cloth, and then the tables were wiped with the same cloth. The Cuxhaven tourist information office is aware of the situation; they said the complaints are increasing. So, stay away from this place. I'd give it minus six stars."
