The Watermill Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western ★★★

"No complaints apart from a phone call after I had left saying a leg was broken on my bed. I didn't notice and can't see the point of a call like this on my 8 hour drive home. However nice room and great staff and location"

Champneys Tring ★★★★

"Loved the relaxed way it was managed"

Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West ★★★

"Excellent customer service. During a server outage they made sure we could access our rooms and also made sure my elderly father in law was comfortable and had everything he needed."

Dunstable South A5 ★★★

"The hotel was clean, which is always the most important attribute. However it was a very hot day & the cover on the bed was clearly a winter Tog & the room temperature was 26° There was a really annoying high pitch noise coming from the plant room for the whole night. The vending machine was virtually empty & what was left in it was barely less than room temperature. The Table Table restaurant was dismal! Stood at the empty bar for 5 mins & nobody came so I left.. The reception staff at the hotel however were very friendly professional. I won't be staying there again."
