"Hot water not available for whole one day. ......................................"

"We stayed at Hotel Gold Beach Resort, Daman for one night for a family trip (2 adults and 2 kids). We had booked a Super Deluxe Room with an extra bed. The hotel is beautifully located right on the Devka Beach, offering a stunning sea view. It sits conveniently between Devka Beach Road and NaMo Path, providing access from both sides. The direct access from NaMo Path to the beach walkway is a great advantage for beach lovers. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all essential amenities such as an LED TV, mini-fridge, and toiletries. It also featured modern comforts like remote-controlled curtains. With two out of four walls made of glass, the room offered a breathtaking view of Devka Beach. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including live counters for eggs and masala dosa – we really enjoyed it. We also had lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant; though a bit on the expensive side, the food quality and taste were excellent. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool, and our kids had a great time at the pool. Cons: 1. The check-in time of 1 PM is quite late. Despite requesting an early check-in an hour in advance, it wasn’t accommodated. 2. The hotel offers a 15% discount on lunch and dinner for guests, but we didn’t receive it for our lunch since our room wasn’t ready on time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gold Beach Resort, Daman, and would recommend it for families looking for a comfortable beachside getaway."

"Hotel only had few items on food and restaurant had limited menu. Rooms are spacious but they don't have fridge to store alcohol. They didnt have beer in their restaurant which could get from outside as fridge was not available and they refused to keep in their restaurant. Overall location is good and value for money, but they should improve customer service"

"Pleasant stay. Had a wonderful experience when I was received by Paras, Benita, and Trishna. They were really professional"

"We had a trip with friends.... Reception guys are very unfriendly and rude... They gave keys of a room which was already occupied by someone. On asking to the lady Gurmit (don't remember exact name), she said we will let you know tomorrow( big deal?) The other person named Milan was not ready to provide us second key due to unknown reason and gave sarcastic response... Is the management aware about this?? Please do train your staff to have repeat customers....."

"If anyone wants to stay away from a city and want peace around you, then this is this place. Hotel was good and perfect for group of friends having AC Mini Suite. 2-3 power sockets were not working. There are mosquitoes in the room and even in Daman as well. Overall a fine experience."

"Very hygienic and courteous staff. Good service and food. Good breakfast spread. Worth it. Can visit again. Cottages are good."

"The hotel is very close to Jempore beach. Open Parking on the road... Food is a little expensive but otherwise a nice stay. "
