"Extremely dissatisfied with this stay. We booked nine rooms (seven standard, two mahjong rooms) for three nights, and it was a mess from the moment we made the reservation. I thought I'd give this newer place a try, but it just got more and more uncomfortable! Let me give you a detailed account. When booking, I saw two room types at the same price and chose one, booking two rooms. On the day of arrival, we added an extra person, so we booked another room of the same price. When I called the front desk, they informed me the rooms weren't on the same floor. I asked the front desk to swap one of the same-priced rooms so they'd be together, but they refused, asking me to re-order. Annoyingly, when I re-ordered, the same room type had gone up by 30 [currency unit]. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were nice and efficient during check-in. The next day, I complained that the room had no drying area, and they provided a rack, which was good. However, the room's cleanliness was poor, there were many flying insects, and the noise from downstairs was unresolved. On the morning of the third day, our original check-out date, I had planned to move elsewhere. Since we were a bit rushed, I went to the front desk to arrange for the rooms to be cleaned, then placed an order through the platform for an extended stay. At noon, the hotel called, saying one room type was booked incorrectly and asked me to re-order (for a difference of only a few [currency units], seriously? And when someone else re-ordered it later, it was actually 20 cheaper). That evening, when I returned to the hotel and opened the door, there was a strong smell of urine. I walked to the bedside table, and in the cup I'd been drinking from for two days, there was a chewed-up wad of gum. It was utterly disgusting. I went to the front desk to discuss it, and they were very impatient. They said they would address it later. The next morning, after checking out at 6 AM, they called me during the day, claiming the staff hadn't done it and that surveillance showed two [relatives/guests] had entered the room, implying it was 'our people' who did it (that evening, because we were leaving the next day and had a lot of luggage, two younger relatives helped move things into the room, said hello, and left within a minute. They definitely didn't chew gum, nor would they specifically go to the inner bedside to spit it out). The hotel is completely deflecting responsibility, and I haven't heard from them since. I'm posting this so everyone can judge for themselves."

The location of the hotel is not in the city center, opposite the Dangyang Sports Center, but there are still many restaurants nearby, and there is also the hotel's own restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. This hotel must be a few years old. The Yingbin Building is shared with Home Inn, and the rooms are on the 6th and 7th floors. The front desk clerk was very warm and polite, which is worthy of praise. The facilities in the room are relatively old. From the layout, it can be seen that it used to be very good. I heard from the waiter that the rooms are full recently, but the hygienic condition is average. There is dirt on the faucets. This can actually be removed. The room The walls were peeling in many places and were not treated. The most unacceptable thing is that the lighting in the room is too dim. Even if the lights are turned on, they are not bright enough. The biggest plus point is that the shower room has a large amount of water. At least I feel a little comfort when taking a shower. Another thing worthy of praise is that the hotel's breakfast buffet is good. Although it doesn't have a lot of varieties, it can meet your breakfast needs. The freshly cooked noodles are very good!"
