"Excellent hotel with kids facility Food are nice But they have free flow with bingo tem on the day we checked in, don't know why the restaurant staff don't want to show us the free flow menu . We asjec the waiter for detaills, he showed us. But we don't know our kidx can play bingo ten after dinner . No one told us. Other than that , all are good"

"I booked this hotel to see Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and Oyunuma Pond. I rented a car to get around, but it was snowing heavily and the hotel is located two mountains over. So, if you're planning on driving, please be extra careful. The local drivers tailgate aggressively, it was quite nerve-wracking. The hotel itself is much larger than I expected (200 rooms) and surprisingly clean for having been renovated in 2015. Room hygiene was okay. The outdoor hot spring is absolutely amazing; I'd definitely return just for the onsen. Breakfast and dinner, however, were not great."

"I used it on a business trip to Date city. Because the facilities are old, the toilet is jointly and the bathroom becomes a large bath of 1F. The staff was kind."

"👍🏽Pros: - Free shuttle bus to and for Sapporo station - A variety of complimentary tea bags in the lobby - Public bath is awesome! There are 7 kinds of baths. My favorite one is the open bath, where I bathed when it was snowing. What a extraordinary experience. - Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. Many options and food is yum. - Some reviews mentioned that the facilities/room seemed old, but I found the vintage Japanese-Style room comfortable and great. I really enjoyed the stay! - There are 2 massage chairs next to public bath. 👎🏽Cons: - Not many staffs speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. It took a while for the front desk staff to find our bookings. - Private bath is not worth it. It's a waste of money. - Needs to put up signs about the etiquette of using public bath. When I took a shower in the public bath, the Korean group all showered while standing and kept splashing. They chatted loudly and shouted at each other. One of them even kicked water in the bath......"
