There was a machine alarm in the community around 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning, which kept ringing until dawn. I couldn't sleep all night, and they didn't help me change the room. Sigh. Not very satisfied."

The front desk staff, Xianglai, provided exceptionally professional and efficient service. Check-in/check-out was quick, and they were friendly and approachable. Any requests were handled promptly, and the attention to detail in their service was excellent. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with everything. They were always quick to resolve any issues. The price was also reasonable, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."
