設施設備一般，衞生打掃一般，進去還有頭髮！環境算鬧中取靜，下樓就是步行街美食街，舊房子改造的，服務態度一般，沒有什麼免費升級服務。

很無語！！早上10點多人在衞生間，有人説修燈直接刷卡開門了？？有事嗎？？我們沒退房耶，而且燈也沒壞，修什麼燈？？而且那個人是直接刷卡進來的！！誰知道他是誰！！哪裡來的卡！！真的嚇死。而且開始開的房間有味道，後面換了一間，木地板都破了。
