好的： 景色不錯，態度也OK。
但！ 一個問題都解決不了！
千萬千萬別住他家的這種球帳篷！幾大坑點，總結如下：
1） 冷！ 進屋10度， 經過兩個小時的苦苦奮戰，提升到15度。 管家跑了好幾趟，但真的解決不了這個問題！（十一期間） 廁所 更是低於10度！ 不敢洗澡， 娃連臉都不敢洗！
2） 遠！ 在扎尕那上來後很遠的地方！ 堵車非常嚴重。且 辦理入住後， 也需要走很遠！ 還上坡！ 對於 剛剛適應這個海拔的旅人， 非常不友好！ 上來後，根本喘不過來。
3） 橫！ 除管家外，所有店內管理人員 異常 橫 地溝通。
anyway， 帶娃的 真不建議 這家酒店。
第二天就感冒！ 想感受失温啥的， 倒是可以選擇一下！ 體驗肯定到位的！

房間位於景區的山頂，很有特色，雖然遺憾未看到星空，但説霧環繞山峯也是另一種風景。管家服務很周到，房間配套及服務配套非常棒！

提前預訂的酒店，雖然下雨的天氣沒有看到雲間的日出，但是酒店的美超出預期，温暖的地暖緩解了潮濕的心情和疲憊的身體，夜間的火鍋和第二天的早餐也是難得的美味，扎西管家的服務讓人貼心，扎尕那的這一夜睡得很沉很美

酒店大大超出預期，硬件、環境、服務都在線，管家俊佳主動幫忙搬行李，兩個28寸的大箱子一手一個，一口氣送到客房，退房時又幫忙拿到大堂，非常感謝。

設施：屋子牆面結構導致恆温性很差，屋內地暖、空調全開的狀態下，室温僅能到15度，後聯繫管家加了電暖器，勉強到17度。屋面牆不遮光（酒店説攜程頁面標明瞭，但我找了並沒有），路燈11點關，11點前屋內特別亮，早上太陽升起屋內特別亮，且很曬。白天屋內完全沒辦法呆，温室大棚一般。所以屋子牆面設計導致的屋內温度冷的時候比室外冷，熱的時候比室外熱。
服務：管家已經盡力服務了，但奈何基礎設施太差、服務培訓不到位。浴液的容器壞的，基本擠不出，衹能在17度室温下跑到浴室外拿自己帶的浴液；提供的浴巾一次性的，還是很差的那種完全不吸水的，沒想到我自己帶的一次性浴巾在這樣價格的酒店用上了。知道晚上房間冷，也沒有在我們入住前把房間窗户關上、空調地暖打開。導致我們入住後全家把所有衣服套上等着屋內升温。
環境：酒店所處的環境還是很美的，在景區的很高的位置，當然這就意味着進出房間都要步行爬山很久。

扎尕那最好的酒店，可是唯一的問題就是，在外面都是人來人往還有後門的客廳位置，沒有窗簾，人在客廳的所有動向全被外面的人看光光，有的人還特地走過來往裡麪喵，晚上更別提了，我連燈都不敢開，本來孩子想晚上睡在客廳的，衹能放棄，好在酒店最後重新給了一個單間，處理問題也算及時，希望你們能把那個窗簾加上去，加一層紗也好

從來沒見過這麼貴，且體驗如初之差的酒店，入住需要爬很多台階，酒店號稱有管家幫忙提行李，但是行李一重管家給的臉色都不好。甚至我們提出還需要枕頭和浴巾，管家直接答覆沒時間晚些再説，嘣地一聲重重的關門，無奈衹好電話前台催促（屋內電話還無法撥通前台，衹能通過攜程連結聯繫上）。
剛完成入住的窘態，屋內的低温（十度）讓人無法適從，坐也不是站也不是，更是不知道應不應該脱衣洗漱睡覺。無奈硬着頭皮睡，大早晨又被陽光和過往路人腳步聲吵醒。
總之就是花了1780元，睡不到幾小時，對待管家愧疚自己的行李重的受罪體驗，感謝攜程推薦！
