酒店位置很好，房間可以看景，但是房間很小，箱子都有點打不開。衞生間頂上都發黴的。服務不好，在高原地區，沒電梯，不肯幫忙搬行李。早餐很簡單，就一個花捲，一碗粥，一個蛋，一點小菜。

雖然沒有全給滿分，但在扎尕那這樣的景區，有些限制是酒店自己無法突破的。就酒店本身還是很滿意的，一是酒店有自己的觀景平台，正面看到羣山和山下谷地，這是景區裏非常難得的，二是房間裏躺在床上就能同樣觀景看日出，三是老闆娘為人處事非常到位，讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間和整個環境比普通民宿要好多了，尤其大堂的整體空間感很好，非常大氣。
對於整個景區來説，國慶這種假日是不適合來的，會帶來完全相反的感受，並不是這裏要説的問題。

景色很好的酒店，我住兩樓，窗户對着扎尕那的主峯，可以在床上躺着看“日出”，酒店有個平台觀景，可以不用去達日觀景台，衹是廁所有點小，席夢思床墊太硬（都能摸到一根根鋼絲了）建議老闆能改進下！酒店1樓是餐廳，菜品口味不錯，早餐還行，能吃飽！酒店的衞生狀況還可以接受，大體還是蠻乾淨的！

景觀真的太好了，擁有270°觀景台，可以俯瞰整個扎尕那，躺在床上看日出，視野太棒了。房間乾淨整潔，服務好。晚上附近還有篝火晚會。

民宿距達日觀景台還有一定距離，還需開車幾分鐘才能到達。但酒店自身擁有一個很大的觀景平台，可以縱纜山間美景。我們到達的時候已是晚上，又逢下雨未能觀賞夜景，第二天一早六點起床看霧景也是美不勝收，但遺憾未能看到日出，遇到幾位攝友還專門在此平台等候拍照。如果不能訂到達日觀景台旁邊的酒店，這家也是個非常好的選擇。酒店內部用實木裝飾的藏式風格，房間應該不多衹有十幾間吧，每間房也不大，洗漱台臨着床邊，衞浴間和廁所也非常小，轉身都不易。但地處這裡能有這個條件也就可以了，甘南地區條件酒店民宿的條件都很普通。攜程訂單顯示是不含早餐的，但老闆實際上為住店客人都準備了一份簡單的早餐，稀飯、花捲和雞蛋，填飽肚子是沒問題的。主要是這裏出去也不好找吃的，不過就是早餐時間有點晚，得8點才開始，如果出發早的客人就沒法了。還是挺推薦這裏，除了價格的確高，但一想旺季時間短也就平衡了。整個扎尕那景區近幾年火起來的，接待能力嚴重不足，管理也很混亂。因為大多數是自駕前往，而進景區前沒有購票提示，造成車輛在山腳亂停購票，擁擠不堪，僅僅驗票一個程序都得堵一個多小時，進來後短短三四公里的山路，一直堵了2-3個小時，導致行程被擠壓。離開第二天收到景區發的短訊開始執行網上預約進入，不知道是否會好一點。
