"I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking."

"We stayed here as two couples after our original hotel cancelled our booking last minute. It’s a nice hotel within walking distance (if you like to walk) of Kotor Old Town across the road and along the beautiful promenade. It was my 50th birthday during our stay and they suggested a room on the first floor overlooking the bay. The room was nice with some interesting touches - Dyson hair dryer, tv with Netflix (everywhere else we stayed you had to log in with your own account) and a great shower. We were assured we’d find the room quiet but we found it very noisy from the road. Our bathroom also had a problem with the extractor fan and there wasn’t anywhere to put anything because of the design. The hotel has a great bar and drink selection and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Also enjoyed breakfast and personally as a vegan it was great to see options for me. On my birthday the chef had baked me a cake which he gave to me at breakfast. It was a lovely touch and it was delicious. My husband had also arranged some sparkling wine but unfortunately they forgot to put it into the room which was disappointing for him. They were very apologetic the next day and gave us a bottle to take away. Overall we liked the hotel, but do be aware it is on the road so there will be noise."

"A lovely hotel, perfect for a short stay near Kotor. The garden is wonderful, as is the breakfast room (and breakfast itself is excellent), and the room met all expectations. It's easy to walk to Kotor (the historic center) in about 25-30 minutes with virtually no traffic. However, finding the hotel is incredibly difficult. Only GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) are provided, but how can you find it if you don't have a GPS?"

"A real gem of a hotel, situated right on the water's edge where you can eat your delicious breakfast in the morning overlooking the beautiful bay of Kotor. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and we had a breathtaking view of the bay with a backdrop of the majestic mountains. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for a fabulous holiday. A pleasant 20 minute walk along the promenade to reach the old historical town of Kotor. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Boutique hotel with a fantastic view of the bay. A couple days here was sufficient for us, with the room very comfortable and ample breakfast options provided in the morning. We had delicious food locally at Konoba Bonaca and Caffe del Mare restaurants. "
