Mercure Melbourne Doncaster ★★★★

"Really enjoyed night here. Walking distance to Doncaster so did some shopping then walk back to room. Had swim in indoor pool. Howells provided. There's a 24 hour gym also. Restaurant great overlooking city. Had buffet breakfast there. Service and staff pleasant. Check in easy. Parking easy. Highly recommend. Also given a room upgrade and bottle of bortolis Champagne in room as was a birthday stay. Love also they support bees and have beehouses on roof and all information about bees"

"The property smells bad. The host didn't inform me how to check in and didn't even receive a call. Don't expect someone to show you around the place. Bang the door hard if you want to come in. If you're lucky, someone inside may notice you're there and let you in."
