13/9晚入住，從未有如此差的前台。煩請安排一個己熟練的服務員去當前台吧。不然，永不再去你們這間常平店。
1.我帶仔去旅遊，這半年內北京，南京，上海，蘇州，重慶，成都，深圳，惠州。所有酒店，都不需要右填表，又填表的要求，再者在貴酒店也常常住，為什麼今次有這麼多要求，是你服務員新上崗的嗎？還要黑着面告訴我'你填少了資料，我無法安排房間'，這是代表什麼？
再者我手機己給了訂單編號她，她還用她的手指在我手機上翻動，合規則嗎？私人手機，還是你們的共家手機，真的沒有素質，其本訓練都沒有！
2.跟她上線溝通後，黑着麪安排房間給我，之後有一個叫施先生入來，就停着去先跟他辯理。這是一個什麼流程，她到底有沒有學習禮貌？不是先完成前面那個客户才去跟下一個客户嗎？如我不發聲，那這個不知所謂的前台就會跟那位施先生先服務了。
如此不知所謂服務，再發生，我想我會去各大平台投訴你們了。
