很好的體驗

第二次住，房間不錯，還有個榻榻米，住4個人都可以，景區內沒什麼好吃的，可以叫外賣，外賣酒店工作人員還能送到房間，日式的早餐味道很好

這次定的是個大床房，進去發現是個獨立小院，一共好像就三間房，入院會有密碼。這邊的白天和晚上都是比較安靜的，很適合玩了一天以後好好睡一覺。房間很乾凈，室內空間非常大，乾濕分區，還有一個獨立茶室，很有風格特色。管家服務也很貼心，有問題會立馬回覆。早餐也很棒哦，還有深夜食堂的鄧阿姨，很親切，很熱情。總之，是很棒的一次體驗，期待下一次☺☺☺

住在香港街廣州街裏面 有一小塊是日式主題風 彷彿一下子閃現日本 房間比我預期的乾淨 而且也蠻乾淨的 辦理入住坐接駁車到住的房間 已經開過空調很涼快 住在景區內比較方便看晚上的節目 時間還挺久的 老公説下次來還住這裏 不過早餐感覺可以改進一下 定食還是簡陋了一些因為沒有煎蛋可以吃

When taking a taxi, you must take a taxi to the north gate, as the south gate is very remote. In addition, all hotels in Guangzhou Street have a front desk. Facilities: Japanese style, okay. It's not old, but the carpet is a bit dirty. Cleanliness: It is considered very clean if it can be cleaned, but I will still clean it myself. Service: Some of the staff are quite enthusiastic. For example, the lady in the restaurant is very nice. The service attitude at the front desk was average, neither enthusiastic nor cold. They answered all questions and greeted me with a smile, but I just couldn't feel the overflowing enthusiasm. Understandably, receiving a large number of visitors every day and answering the same questions can be mentally numbing. In addition, the workload at the front desk was too heavy and I felt that they were overwhelmed. After I made a reservation, I called them. They said via WeChat that if I have any questions, I could consult them at any time, but they were too slow to reply to messages. And I didn’t emphasize that I had to go to the north gate, so I ran to the south gate, where I saw another guest who also went to the south gate by mistake. Although the hotel can also send a car to pick you up, it is still troublesome.

It was a novel experience... Finally, I was given a room change. Yes, it was my own request...

The room is right on Guangzhou Street. The performance at night is wonderful. Access to the hotel is also convenient. The shuttle bus is on call.

The overall feeling is good, and the cost-effectiveness of the scenic area is also very high, but there are a little too many bugs. After all, the wooden structure is understandable. The quality of breakfast is relatively poor and not very tasty.
