"We had a bad experience. We had to wait all afternoon for them to give us a code to access the room. A wasted vacation afternoon. And they were so calm. They didn't even worry about the delay or compensate us in any way. And the worst part is that we returned to the same hotel later and the same thing happened to us! We contacted them beforehand so it wouldn't happen again, and it happened again. Incredible! Again without a sorry or compensation. It's never happened to us before. Very little professionalism and respect for customers. We're not the only ones this has happened to. They only work with email and don't handle it properly. It's a shame because this treatment ruins their business, since the place and facilities are very nice. The room is well decorated, modern, and has all the amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is not good. The price is high."

"Spent one night at the Ritz Carlton reserve dorado beach in December on a layover before continuing on to St barts. The hotel is located about a 40 min drive from the airport in a gated community that has multimillion dollar homes on a golf course nearby. We were only here for 1 night but we tried the room service which was delicious along with the breakfast the next day. The grounds of the hotel were very nice. WE actually hired a photographer arranged for by the hotel who took a bunch of family photos for us. The spa area and the tree there are really very nice. Probably the best hotel on the island. "

"Anais with Elemento Photography was wonderful to work with, and took amazing photos that exceeded my expectations. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in a beautiful location and have the moment and surprise captured by a professional photographer. Anais understood the assignment, selected a great location - sunrise on a lovely the beach, and captured amazing photos and video. We planned it all before we traveled to Puerto Rico, and she was excellent at communicating and explaining everything, which put my anxiety at ease. We have a beautiful photo album book of the moment that we keep on display at home, and my wife loves showing it off and sharing the engagement video. Everything was great!"
