I booked it because the location was good, but all the taxi drivers hate it. They say it's hard to turn around and go out, and the way back in is blocked. It would be nice if the weather was good to go to the metro like Handuk, but since it's a country where you have to take a taxi, it's inconvenient if it's hard to catch a taxi. The service was superb and the location is very convenient close to the Mall and Metro stations. But the hotel disappointed me .When I made an online booking , by mistake I chose the wrong check in date because of time difference and they refused to modify my booking even after I sent the my plane ticket to prove my point. They even refused to refund me .

We had a great time at Hayat place all the staffs were very friendly and very welcoming especially Farid Dipa and Guna in housekeeping department they were so nice and they were very helpfull with any query or anything that was needed. Thank you so much dipa farid and guna for making our stay so wonderful you guys are so amazing , also at breakfast service we were very impressed with the staffs they were very polite everyone was very professional and very welcoming in kitchen staff yogesh was really nice and he was making sure that everyone feel comfortable.
