Great place to stay.Great location close to the iconic Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.And above all great customer service. Check in process fast and efficient.Sidwell Nare at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and polite.He made us feel like the most important people in that Hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom Apartment and it was comfortable and spacious.The room was extremely clean with all the amenities we needed. Chival restaurant was also amazing, great staff always eager to help. The front desk was very helpful.They honoured my request for a late check out without a hassle and I will forever be greatful.I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone seeking peace of mind and great service.

It was a great stay The staff was so friendly starting from t reception staff mr.Sidwell and all the other staff in t restaurant in breakfast time , i loved the friendly smily staff , for sure Im advising everyone to visit the place 💕don’t miss the enjoyment

I spend weekends in Dubai while I’m in the region for business and stayed at La Ville in city walk. Staff was very very hospitable, kind and accommodating. I was immediately greeted with a fresh juice and a lemongrass infused cold towel after a long gross flight. My room was upgraded at no fee and included complimentary breakfast for all 3 nights that I stayed. I also received a generous late checkout from Sidwell. Abir was a wonderful receptionist and support to facilitate my check out. Ubers and Careems arrive very quickly to the location whenever ordered, there are many convenient shops and restaurants around. The rooms were immaculate and fresh and clean. Also amazing water pressure for the showers. Amenities were wonderful and everyone is really committed to providing a world-class guest experience. Will absolutely come back for additional stays when in Dubai.

Hotel is very well located and quiet! Nimesha showed us around and welcomed nice. The reception manager Sidwell is great also. He was helping us through out our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Hopefully we will visit the hotel soon

Elegant design near downtown yet away from the traffic , a perfect central location. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern and stylish with a nice rooftop pool and large lobby. Staff very friendly from the Valet to Mustafa and reception team. A point for management corridors on the 2nd floor on the left side seem to have a heavy smell of cooking , may be coming from the restaurants below, but it doesn’t impact the rooms. The right side didn’t have this problem from a past stay. Overall I would highly recommend

All the staff are the best.. Nice place nice employees... I advice the people to visit this hotel.. All things in the hotel are good the area the place it is near to famous areas i dubai . Honest I like the place . One of the important hotel in Dubai.

We love the location of the hotel, and it’s very quiet. We love the staff. Thank you Nagy and Nimesha and special thank goes to Sidwell the front office manager he is amazing. And very helpful. We will always choose this hotel. Hopefully visit you soon
