Hotels near Paradise Beach, Dubai

I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

Our stay was great. We had a misunderstanding about the child stay which was covered by the hotel manager and provided us a complimentary extra bed for our child. There was a construction on the neighbor land, so it is hardly recommended to book the room with palm view to prevent disturbing sound of construction at the evening. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Thanks to the manager for supporting us during our stay 🙏

Just returned from another trip to DAM and once again it did not disappoint. I booked directly with the Jumeirah website this time, so thankfully no drama at checkout time this year. My previous reviews capture all that is good about this property. personally I don't go to DAM for the waterpark, however feedback from the kids was that it is looking very tired, that aside nothing much else to quibble. The front line staff at DAM are fantastic and that was the same again this year. from the staff taking care of the rooms, at the beach/poolside and all the restaurant staff. Special note to Mylene, Ashu and Neha at the Arboretum; we saw them every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks and some evenings when we went to the Arboretum for dinner. Neha; whether morning or evening, constantly smiling and never seemed to stop. Fantastic energy and enthusiasm for an extremely challenging job. Ashu who noticing that my wife was suffering from a cold offered and made her a hot drink with Ginger and Lemon at breakfast - it was unsolicited, he did not have to make the effort - however he did and these are the memories that make a stay special. I just hope DAM management recognise that it is the Neha', Mylene' and Ashu's that make their hotel special and they are rewarded for their amazing work.

I recently stayed at Signature 1 Hotel Barsha Heights in Dubai and had an excellent experience. The hotel boasts modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Its convenient location near the metro makes it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The on-site dining options were delightful, and the rooftop pool offered a great place to relax with stunning views of the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is very new and unexpectedly great! I made reservations for many hotels during this honeymoon trip, and this was the only one that met my request. I was given a room on a higher floor. The room was on the 31st floor and had a great view. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room. The hotel is generally very fashionable and is very popular in the local area. There are many luxury cars at the door and there are always activities held at night. It may be because there are 13 restaurants, so it is very popular. There are art works, installations, furniture, etc. that can be photographed everywhere. The outdoor scenery is also beautiful. The musical fountain is almost non-stop at night. The weather is too hot and I haven't visited many places. It feels like I have only explored part of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is super rich, with a whole floor, super delicious juice, and Laoganma sauce. Breakfast is open until 12 o'clock, so there is basically no need to have lunch. When staying at the hotel, you can take a free shuttle to the old Atlantis, and you can also swipe your room card to enter the aquarium and Water World. However, Water World closes at sunset. The weather was too hot during the few days we went, so we can’t wait until it gets hotter. It was almost closing, so I didn’t have time to go. The hotel room was provided with a beach bag, flip-flops, sprays, etc. The toiletries were provided by graff, and there were constant snacks. One drawback is the minibar. When we stayed, there was one bottle of drink missing from the minibar. In addition, my husband wanted to chill the drinks we brought in, so he took out some of the drinks in it. In order to avoid misunderstanding, we called the guest service. After a while, I learned that the drinks in the minibar will be automatically charged if they are taken out for more than 30 seconds. Fortunately, they helped to clear them out. In the end, when I checked out, it still showed the consumption of a bottle of minibar red wine. I explained it and removed it. Overall The service is very good. When we swipe the credit card for the deposit, it shows consumption, not pre-authorization. This is also different from other hotels we stayed in Dubai. About a week after writing the email, the credit card received the deposit refund, which is faster than the 15 days mentioned. I heard it’s more convenient to use cash as a deposit. Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel that makes me want to come back again. High praise!

My stay in Mina a Salam was outstanding. The Hotel and everything around is fantastic. Beautiful newly firnished rooms. The best in the Hotel was the Service. Our roomcleaning service was one of the best we had. beginning from the vice manager Alam Meehbob who helped us with everything we need in the room, and then the best room girl of the hotel Pauline . She was a sunshine doing an excellent job in the morning and the evening. She has all the time a smile for the guest and take care for everything. Very ood instructed from her boss Alma Meehbob. Also always helping with a smile on the face was the boys on the beach, especally , Ibrahim and Charles. these two make the day easier and better on the beach. again thank you to all .

Love to stay at this hotel. We are group while stay during dubai trip and the room so amazing big. I love how they make the building access with many of elevators so easy for gust to access Room clean and bed was so nice. Breakfast good and staff friendly Hopefully can visit dubai again and will be back to this hotel 🥰🥰🥰

i love this awesome hotel! good hotel for families, couple or with kids. i love every part of the hotel very good spot for photo taking. its huge, staffs were all friendly. amenities were good. love the balcony, the beach, the aquarium, saffron breakfast buffet, big toilets in the room. just awesome service!!! thank you!

It was our second time visiting Marriot hitel dubai. Everthing was perfect as i expected and room condition, breakfast, and all the facility was wonferful. Also the bell man ”Gourav” was so sweet and welcoming us all the time. Thank you for everthing and I will definitely visit here again.
