We met Mr. Vikram Kakroo, Director of Operations during a casual chat in the bar named Ginter and his clarity on making guests' experience a memorable one as his mission further made me confident that I had chosen the best Hotel Residences for my parents and niece. The hotel has excellent staff right from Shubham in Front Office to Lydia/ Soe in Accents Restaurant. Mr. Sunny and Aniket along with the other staff members to in Accents Restaurant made our stay a special one..... I reserved a room at this hotel towards the end of my business trip, and I must say it was a strategically located gem. Situated conveniently between DMCC and Shoba metro stations, it offered excellent connectivity to public transport. A delightful park right behind the hotel added to the overall appeal. The room itself was more than satisfactory—clean and well-maintained. While my stay mostly consisted of the nights alone, the view from my room was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's first floor housed several restaurants, including a delightful Thai eatery. The efficiency and friendliness of the housekeeping and reception staff were commendable, making my overall experience superlative. However, my sole concern arose when attempting to order late in-room dining from the restaurant. It required a call to the reception to facilitate contact, which, while a minor inconvenience, was the only hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Dubai Marina, that’s my second time with them. Cleanliness is at the highest level, they are very helpful and ready to cooperate at any time. Also the location is great and all the facilities you need are close to you. Also, the house keeping guys are so polite and excellent, especially Paveen and Jis. Those 2 guys were very helpful and cooperative. Also their work is excellent.

A very warm welcome staff were absolutely fabulous with great service all the time loved the breakfast and location was brilliant my children loved this hotel we loved the view from our hotel room I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will come back to the same hotel Thankyou

From handyman Emmanuel to the girl at the check in counter Nargiz, everything was delightful. Water pressure was great, hot showers and wifi worked well without the need for repeated reconnecting. The laundry room was a godsend. One of the most economical options in the heart of the trendiest and most upmarket districts in town, yet without any compromise on quality. A full and perfect score well and truly deserved.

Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. I recently stayed at Signature 1 Hotel Barsha Heights in Dubai and had an excellent experience. The hotel boasts modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Its convenient location near the metro makes it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The on-site dining options were delightful, and the rooftop pool offered a great place to relax with stunning views of the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I love how they make the building access with many of elevators so easy for gust to access Room clean and bed was so nice. Breakfast good and staff friendly Hopefully can visit dubai again and will be back to this hotel 🥰🥰🥰

Hotel is targetted for young travelers. Lovely chic interiors. Staggered main swimming pool is like step pool found in Pamukkale in Turkey. Good for sun athing but not much fun for swimming. Good salad options for the breakfast. enjoyed the stay.
