A very cost-effective hotel. If you don’t have high requirements for playing in the sea, this is the first choice for family travel. The service staff are very nice, the room facilities are complete, and you can make simple food. There is a shopping mall downstairs. Overall, I am satisfied.

Just had the time of my life at the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah, and let me spill the tea – it was an absolute dream. Let's start with the basics – this place is drop-dead gorgeous. Clean as a whistle and spacious enough to do a victory dance. You can tell they don't mess around when it comes to keeping things tidy. No dust bunnies dared to show their faces during my stay. Now, let's talk about the goodies. The amenities are no joke. They've got everything from a gym that could rival a fitness center to a spa that's basically a slice of heaven. And can we talk about those free drinks? In the room, by the pool, and even on the beach – they're practically handing you luxury on a silver platter. And speaking of the beach – private beach alert! It's like having your own secret paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. I practically lived there, soaking in the tranquility like it was going out of style. The vibe at this place is next level – quiet, classy, and just the right amount of boujee. Whether you're sipping cocktails by the pool or diving into a feast at one of their fancy restaurants, you'll feel like you've been upgraded to a VIP status. Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. Friendly, professional, and always ready to make your stay feel like you're the main character in your own luxury novel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast – oh boy, it's a game-changer. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. From continental classics to exotic delights, every craving is satisfied. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfasts – they alone are worth the stay. And let's not forget the view from my room – breathtaking doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to that kind of scenery is like getting a daily dose of visual therapy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. It's a stay that feels like a vacation from reality, and I can't recommend it enough. Treat yourself – you deserve it.

From handyman Emmanuel to the girl at the check in counter Nargiz, everything was delightful. Water pressure was great, hot showers and wifi worked well without the need for repeated reconnecting. The laundry room was a godsend. One of the most economical options in the heart of the trendiest and most upmarket districts in town, yet without any compromise on quality. A full and perfect score well and truly deserved.

My stay in Mina a Salam was outstanding. The Hotel and everything around is fantastic. Beautiful newly firnished rooms. The best in the Hotel was the Service. Our roomcleaning service was one of the best we had. beginning from the vice manager Alam Meehbob who helped us with everything we need in the room, and then the best room girl of the hotel Pauline . She was a sunshine doing an excellent job in the morning and the evening. She has all the time a smile for the guest and take care for everything. Very ood instructed from her boss Alma Meehbob. Also always helping with a smile on the face was the boys on the beach, especally , Ibrahim and Charles. these two make the day easier and better on the beach. again thank you to all .

It was our second time visiting Marriot hitel dubai. Everthing was perfect as i expected and room condition, breakfast, and all the facility was wonferful. Also the bell man ”Gourav” was so sweet and welcoming us all the time. Thank you for everthing and I will definitely visit here again.

They dont listen to cuatomer problem. Shower had no cold water for 6 days of my stay and even after complain they didnt rectify. Look at their sofa in picture and view they gave me. One mug slipped and fell down due to wrong placement in tray, they kept it on my room computer for all 6 days for no reasons. They even asked me to pay 50.aed for the mug :( There duty manager was very good.

The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.
