"Exceptional service and excellent hospitality and winning smiles on every staff for the front desk team who extra mile to support my family of 3."

"Really nice interior with good amenities and superb value."

"Arrival & Reception: Arriving at the hotel around 10pm, it was not obvious where the hostel entrance was from the high street. Luckily, a receptionist was outside and let me in, but unfortunately the staff were not friendly and did not offer help with my luggage. Room Experience: I stayed in room 14, which was an ensuite. The room size was very generous, with a desk provided, making it convenient to get some work done before check out. The keycard system for checking in and out was modern and worked well. Facilities & Comfort: While the room itself was spacious, I would have preferred larger towels and two towels instead of one, as the amenities in this area felt a bit basic. Location & Value: The hostel/hotel is located very close to the train station and the V&A Dundee, which is definitely a bonus for travelers wanting easy access to city sights. For a budget accommodation, it was alright—meeting essential needs but not exceeding them. Overall: If looking for proximity to key attractions and a large ensuite room for a night at a reasonable price, this hostel/hotel is a decent option. However, service and attention to guest comfort could be improved."

"Everything was perfect.."

"Hotel was super hot room 27 degrees cooling fan did not work. Reported to reception who came to the room said to open window and pointed fan to the window. Very uncomfortable sleep. Reported again on checkout who said to request a sheet instead of a quilt next time. Very disappointed in this service never slept, very uncomfortable."

"Excellent location Safe entry/exit Clean and well maintained room Friendly accommodating reception Bar and breakfast facilities available"

"Usual Premier Inn standard. Room on the warm side but knew there was no air conditioning and team had made every effort to cool room down with a fan. Plenty of free parking. Not an issue for us but no longer a restaurant next door for evening meal or breakfast but there is a McDonald’s opposite. Shower was fantastic- one of the older ones before water conservation became the norm so very powerful and hot. Some road noise at front of hotel as people use the McDonalds but slept well"

"Our group of approximately 30 booked this Premier Inn for a two night stay and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, Heather the manager did us proud as did Kerry in arranging access to our rooms prior to our fishing competition. The close proximity to shops as well as the main Dundee Road and close by beaches ensured that we will be returning again next year. The adjoining Bell Tree restaurant is also great and we will also be using this facility next year. Thanks again."

"Really lovely hotel, modern and lovely decor. Owner is lovely. Strongly recommend."
