"Fabulous service. Family members arrived at Luton airport late on Thursday night and were very tired having returned from Ukraine. They called me for help. I spoke to the hotel reception on the phone and confirmed late check-in was possible and a room was free. I booked & paid online sending the reservation details to the travellers. The hotel pointed to the best value rate and channel for booking. The travellers arrived, parked-up, enjoyed a swift check-in and a good night’s sleep. They enjoyed breakfast and left in time to return to Wales in timer to make s presentation at Uni. They got caught out, Prem Inn’s excellent service helped them recover their situation. The reception staff member at the hotel was brilliant."
