"Very questionable welcome in this hotel. Smiles are surely paid for. I spent two hellish nights because the air conditioning unit was constantly making noise, even when it was off. I reported it after the first night and nothing was offered to allow me to sleep properly during the second. Neither another room, nor an emergency repair, nor a reduced rate when I left. I simply paid full price for a room to sleep badly in it. Given the prices, this is simply unacceptable."
