"I was a professional guest at Hotel Gasthaus Schulte in Wickede(Ruhr)-Echthausen in February 2024 for a week and I felt very well as a guest from the beginning. Very friendly and helpful staff as well as an excellent kitchen features this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious furnished. Breakfast buffet is rich. For lovers of marine fruits, I can recommend the weekly Gambas evening every Wednesday. I'm happy to come back."

"Difficult to reach by phone – apparently, 11 a.m. was outside of business hours. We booked a parking space, but the barrier was broken – they could have saved themselves the trouble. Digital check-in didn't work; luckily, we were early enough that someone was still at reception. Cleaning staff came straight to our room at 8:30 a.m. after just one knock. We weren't impressed."

"Good hotel, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is kind, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are spacious. A big plus is the "Kegeln" track that looks a bit like bowling, they opened just for us to play, they were really kind. The reasons why I didn't give 5 stars are: - Breakfast time too late (starts at 7:00 and if you travel for business it can be a problem) - Very little fruit for breakfast, only clementines and pears to peel and if you don't have time it's not the best. - In general the rooms are a bit old, like 90's, with carpets everywhere."
