"Our room was clean. I've stayed in many different hotels in Germany, but only the reception here was so welcoming. It was a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in our room, but we felt as comfortable as if we were at a relative's house."

"1) The front desk staff (the lady with long hair) is helpful and friendly. 2) Breakfast quality exceeds expectations. 3) Water seeping onto the floor from a shower caused by failed seals. 4) Shower head is loose, and it couldn't be set in the proper position for showering. 5) It would be helpful to add a wall-mounted, possibly corner-specific shelves in shower area to hold shampoo, conditioner, and so on. 6) Due to the tiny size of the room, it would be desirable to offer one or two luggage racks. 7) The foot pedal for the small garbage can in the bathroom is broken, but the hotel has no plans to replace it."

"I booked this hotel because there were no cheap hotels near Munich for Oktoberfest. It takes about 40 minutes by train and bus from Central Station. Bus tickets can be purchased at the station. The hotel was new, spacious and clean with a pot. Breakfast was also great! Recommended for those who drive!! ️"

"The manager is very attentive, but his local handyman isn't. He proved unprofessional and, most importantly, NEVER showed up in person. The price is a bit high for the area. Even now, on the third day, I haven't been able to get the Wi-Fi password. The rooms are clean, but there are limited bathroom supplies."

"We stayed here while attending a wedding and our whole party had a very enjoyable experience. Communication prior to our visit was excellent and our welcome by the hostess on arrival was lovely - especially after long journeys from all over the world! The hotel is full of character and the rooms were very comfortable. All staff were cheerful, helpful and warm. My only disappointment is that we weren't able to take lunch in the pretty courtyard as the wedding arrangements precluded that. Breakfast was exceptional - particularly as the staff could not have done more for us. Perfect hotel. As Brits we did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in our room but that was genuinely the only fault I could find!"
