When we checked in, the clerk advised us of bad weather coming in and how we would be notified to go to the safe room. Our room was very comfortable, plenty of decent parking and well lit. The location was easy to get to and restaurants all over the place with several in walking distance

Very nice and clean!! Bret at checkin was wonderful - 2nd time we’ve stayed at a this chain and never plan on another hotel chain. Long counter tops, rolling desk table, lot of drawers for clothes, full size fridge, comfy beds and pillows- perfect stay!

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast selections were ok, however, the breakfast staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend Home2 suites.

We booked a double bed months in advance. We arrived and was told they double booked. They gave us two rooms. Wife and kids had to sleep in separate rooms. Pool as closed and the washer and dryer were not working

We foolishly thought all Home2 locations were more or less alike. How wrong we were. This sh*thole in El Reno makes some Motel 6s we stayed out in our younger poorer days seem like palaces. It started when we stopped at the desk to get the key to the room we'd preselected on the Hilton app. Turns out they gave that room to someone else. So, tough sh*t to us. Did the desk clerk try to make things right? No he did not. Did I mention how grubby the outdoor area is? Or how filthy the lobby area furniture is? It was too late to start looking for another hotel for the night. But if we ever have another experience like this at a Hilton property, we'll go back to Marriott, or switch to IHG, in a heartbeat.

First, the bad. Part of the parking lot is under construction. Arriving at night after 7 hours on the road I could not find the front door because there is zero signage where to go to get to the front door. Front desk person could have a better attitude. But the kicker is the room had zero utensils, plates or cups. The dishwasher isn't even screwed in so if you try to open it the whole unit starts sliding out. I didn't notice this until 11pm at night and while the front desk guy offered to make it right I just wanted to unwind from the long drive of the day. I didn't need some stranger in my room. The better than bad. The room is at least somewhat clean. The rolling chair is so filthy it was unusable. Who knows about the couch because it is dark brown. Ended up using the plastic ottoman to sit on which is a little too low for the desk for me so not that comfortable. I do not know what is wrong with this property. But obviously the owners do not care. And I'm Lifetime Diamond and this awful room is what they gave me. I would avoid and stay somewhere else. They probably also own the Hampton Inn across the parking lot, so I'd probably not stay there either. This just isn't worth the money.

The people at the Home2 deserve the best. Janna, Kia, Ian, and the wonderful cook Beverly. This is my home away from home and I didn’t know reviews were important so Ian asked me to leave a review so here it is. Nice hotel.

I have had a fantastic stay. The current manager Ian has a fantastic attitude and Fred and him helped try to locate my phone. I’m not sure where it is but they made my birthday feel amazing. Thank you and if you find my phone please call me.

I came stay here all the time for business. Now they just hired a new manager who is absolutely amazing. The big guy named Ian helped me out with the horrendous service I previously received and made my stay worth it. This is why I always stay at Hiltons because it’s the service that matters. I will be back and great new hire.
