The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is amazing value for money. There can't be many better places to be stuck than in Épernay 😂. We consoled ourselves with a trip to the Gratien Champagne House and also dinner at the Pop Up Air Restaurant on the banks of the Marne!"

"Great base of operation to explore the entire Champagne region in France. Five or so rooms, and great parking out back. Go with a car so that you can make day trips to nearby Rheims, Chigny les Roses, Hautvillers, and a host of other worthwhile towns and little villages to experience the region. One day exploring Epernay and hitting some of the bigger Domaines on the Avenue de Champagne is sufficient, but most of your time should be spent exploring out of town. The Hotel staff is superb, and they will give you wonderful recommendations for dining locally and in the greater area, as well as recommendations on tastings and producers, large and small, worth visiting. Once again, the Hotel is only your base of operation and you have a great breakfast everyday and beautiful place to sleep each night with a superb, and attentive staff, and a superb location from which to explore the entire region."
