"The female boss is Thai, very warm, the room is very good, the heating is very good, close to this castle scenic spot, parking is very convenient, there is a refrigerator downstairs to sell drinks and local white wine, I took it first, and I checked out with the boss the next day. Recommended"

"I was allowed to go to the Pollmanns Hotel with a friend for a few days after Ernst. When we arrived we were very warmly welcomed. That left the first impression that fascinated us. It went to the rooms that are very generous and nothing missed. Further to the gastronomy, the staff and artists. The food offer has far exceeded our idea of the hotel kitchen. The HP menu does not open any wishes. Suppet, three different main meals and one dessert to choose. The preparation of the dishes shows by large craftsmanship that is dominated . Breakfast from the buffet does not leave any wishes open, super delicious and fresh with everything that has been tabled. All in all there is only one clue; Top Hotel from staff to chef, all host with heart and soul !!!! Therefore this hotel is just recommended with his magician . Come back once again to recover me . "Stayed in one of the apartments on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Mosel river. The apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable & finished to a good quality. Had breakfast which was a buffet style, but with the option of eggs & pancakes cooked to order so lovely & fresh. Ate in the restaurant a few times & the food & hospitality were superb. Nothing was too much bother. Hotel is geared up for motorbikes or e-bikes and Klaus, the owner, is happy to assist with routes, information & any problems or mishaps you might have. Klotten has a good number of other eateries & bars & it’s only 3km to the larger town of Cochem."

"2 times we have been dining in the restaurant. Ambiente and service of the servant,Top. On the first night we had 2very tasty dishes. The filet was butterzart,and the supplements very delicious. We were very happy When we visited the second we had1 slice with supplement,which was very good. But the late lep with sauce and cheese,was like dry rhetoric. No flavor,and for the price,1absolute NO Go"

"Oh my word what a beautiful place! We have just spent a wonderful couple of hours on the terrace with the new manager David tasting some of the superb wines from the Stefan Prüm local vineyard. Having a sommelier share his knowledge of great wine and food , along with the fabulous views from the terrace made this a very special visit. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Bad Bertrich within a short walk of the beautiful thermal spa makes this the perfect location in the quiet spa town . A very special place to stay, and a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the towns on the busier Moselle. Can’t wait to come back and stay in the newly renovated rooms!"

"I took public transportation, so the location was convenient for me, right across from the bus stop. The room was nice, but there were cobwebs. There was a fridge stocked with drinks, and the bed was excellent. I was able to rest. I can't say much about the hotel itself; I only stayed there overnight. It's beautiful. The town was quiet and very cozy, with a castle on the hill. It was quiet and uncrowded at the end of November, so the price-quality ratio was excellent."

"The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of town, on the river. It's a family-style hotel with its own restaurant and lounge downstairs, and across from the cruise ship terminal and ticket office. The rooms are similar to those of a two-star hotel in China, a bit like a Japanese-style hotel. While not upscale, the hotel feels thoughtfully maintained. The pedestrian street church is nearby, as are many restaurants. Very convenient. Arrived early and received a free night."
