He lacked any friendliness. My single room was very poorly heated. I was offered a radiator. Dinner in the restaurant was a disappointment. Dry pork tenderloin (€26), side of fries (€4). The price-performance ratio is not right. A glass of Dornfelder (€8), an espresso (€4). It's a real shame that the quality has declined so much. This was my third time staying here. The service used to be excellent and not unfriendly like the manager. Next time I'll choose a different hotel. But next time I will choose a different hotel."
