"Have stayed at this location many times as my daughter lives in Welwyn Garden City and My home is in the Highlands Of Scotland. I have always been lucky enough to be greeted by what I can on describe as the "A TEAM" Kathrina, Abhi, Patrycja, Kumar and Jey. This team have got it right. they are the upmost professionals but also very companionate and approachable. Personally suffer with Complex PTSD (Military) and am very selective about where I stay. but this team have made so comfortable and relaxing and also fun with loads of local info and advise. all 5 of these are absolute gems and what ever there being paid isn't enough. The rooms are spotless and house keeping is first class. lastly trying to keep a whole hotel happy with a buffet breakfast can be a mission in itself but its managed by one guy most of the time hand he does a fantastic job. Leading the Helm is Kathrina who is adaptable and is very good at thinking outside of the box and provides 110% customer satisfaction and I look forward to staying again Thanks "A TEAM""

The staff in particular Mr Shiva and Mr Harsh, handle the matter completely "Stress Free" which is worthy of high praise in my personal experience. Such expert service was faultless hence my keenness to.share this with you. As travelling to new locations can be stressful. This was not the case. "I am going to make a point about the service in Novotel: I was greeted by Gita and she has done an absolute excellent job. I have asked for a quiet room so I can have some sleep as had an early flight. I have passed my special thank you to Gita when I was leaving, through a receptionist man, early morning. The hotel room was ready on my arrival but obviously it needs updating as looks scratchy, and shabby but it didn't effect me at all, for night before the flight it was excellent! I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again. Many thanks to Gita and manager Jastina."

"Had an awful night sleep due to road noise, staff was ok when we spoke to them didn't seem very friendly at all the lady who checked us in seemed nice but apart from that the staff didn't try to interact. The Turkish next door was the highlight of our stay. The hotel was not worth half the money I paid ."
