"Came back for a re-visit been 20 or so times to Arolla. Family have been visiting since 1965. Came with the whole family so a group of 7 of us. Dinner was as always AMAZING. The steak and butter sauce is oit of this world. The fondu was delicious. Give them a visit if you can."

The staff was very accommodating as we needed an early breakfast, they prepared a wonderful, rich breakfast with local specialties. I can highly recommend the hotel."

"Regarding the room, the bath towels were all frayed, the dust hadn't been removed from under the beds for several weeks, and the sheets had hair and fur on them. Had they even been changed? As for the meal, the mixed salad was small and barely mixed, the stew was decent, but the extra 5 CHF per person for what was already an ample portion of spätzle was a major disappointment."
