Perfect
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite close to Baoding East Station, and it's also very convenient to take a taxi or bus from the hotel to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Although some of the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness and service are excellent. They even provide complimentary fruits and drinks. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as some local specialty snacks. I particularly appreciate that the front desk offered complimentary cookies and warm bottled water when I checked out, and even asked if I needed a ride to the high-speed rail station.

IionaHotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my business trip, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location is excellent, not far from where I needed to be, making my commute very easy. The room layout is well-designed, with spacious desks and chairs, perfect for working. The internet connection was fast and stable. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, tables, and bedding were all spotless, with no detail overlooked. The soundproofing was great, making for a very quiet night, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a busy day. The service was professional and appropriate; both security and housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsive to my needs. The facilities were comprehensive, with hot water and air conditioning working perfectly, providing a great user experience. The price was very competitive for the area, offering excellent value for money. The overall experience was impeccable, making it a top choice for business travelers, and I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

TTuzijiejie131The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and spacious rooms, offering excellent living conditions. However, the carpet in the rooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the lack of a delivery robot made convenience a bit of an issue.
The kids' club on the first basement floor was poorly managed. The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management.
Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

YYuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant.
Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it.
Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

PPauOHanlonI believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed.
We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive.
In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace.
The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection.
I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

JJavierlysThis stay was truly amazing! The hotel lobby is decorated in a chic and luxurious style, creating a fantastic ambiance. F and Q provided excellent service; the check-in process was very efficient. They also helped hold numerous packages that arrived early and even delivered them to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was super spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The smart devices were easy to control, and the mattress was perfectly soft yet supportive, offering a superb night's sleep. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. It was a truly perfect experience.

GGuest UserMy stay at Taopu Hotel was great. The room was clean and bright, the facilities were fully equipped and worked well, and the hot water was consistent. The environment was quiet, so I got a really good rest. The service was gentle and attentive, with great attention to detail and no unnecessary upsells, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money. I'd recommend it to friends and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserI have been to this hotel many times, the price is affordable, just in the reimbursement standard, cost-effective, very good, a few days ago on a business trip, I was very touched, that day happened to be rainy, dragging large bags of luggage, water on the road, the driver parked in advance to the previous intersection of the hotel, Because it is very inconvenient to drag the luggage, I tried to contact the hotel. I wanted to ask if I could help pick it up. I didn’t expect the hotel to agree very quickly. The hotel staff took the initiative to pick me up directly with an umbrella and took the initiative to help with luggage and move things. It was really heartwarming. When I arrived at the store, I didn’t arrive at the check-in time. The front desk saw that I was very tired from the rain. After the room was cleaned up, I directly checked in for me. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. I also took the initiative to remind me that there is a self-service laundry room on the second floor. The location of his home is also very convenient, away from the Military Academy Square, Hebei University, It is very close to the First Central Hospital. It is basically all inclusive for food, lodging and transportation. It is especially suitable for our long-term business trip. It is convenient and fast. The main room is also very clean. Many hotels beyond the same price are really good. I will look for his home in the future! ! !
