"Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Estrela de Fátima did not live up to expectations. Although the location is excellent and the facilities have recently been improved, there was a serious problem regarding the sound insulation of the rooms. The environment is extremely noisy, as if the walls were made of paper, which really affected my rest. The night I was staying, I was disturbed by excessive noise coming from the room next door, which made it impossible to rest. The couple in the neighboring room had a "restless" night and, in addition, the sound of the man snoring for the rest of the night made the situation even worse. I didn't expect a hotel to be so susceptible to this kind of noise, especially when you are looking for a quiet environment to rest. Although the hotel's design and decor are nice, sound insulation is a serious issue that needs to be improved, especially for a 4-star hotel. I also noticed that you can clearly hear the sound in the hallway, which further compromises privacy and comfort. In summary, if you are looking for a quiet place to rest, I would not recommend this hotel."
