Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary. 3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well. The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard. 4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order. Highly recommended!"

"The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the sanctuary. The facilities are what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. We left a day early due to a work issue, and they offered us a picnic lunch. The cleaning was terrible; after checking out of the room at four in the afternoon, it should have been clean. We went to put our suitcases on top of the wardrobe, and it was covered in dirt, as was the headboard, the shelf, and the hairdryer in the bathroom."
