"I rarely write reviews on Trip.com, and usually, if the experience isn't that bad, I won't bother. But this time, the entire experience was a complete disaster. It felt like a $100 quality for a $400 room fee. There was no soundproofing, and fireworks went off at 11:30 PM. If you want a good night's sleep, do NOT come here! ⚠️ Service: Someone was smoking near the front desk as soon as I walked in. The front desk staff verified information by handwriting my ID number, which raises a big question mark about personal privacy. Environment: It's a self-built house with a small courtyard. When I saw the supermarket at the entrance selling fireworks, I had a bad feeling. There are many rooms on each floor, and the hallway has an echo. The soundproofing in the rooms is non-existent; you can hear a sneeze from next door, let alone people talking in the hallway or kids running around. Everything is crystal clear. Inside the room, the plumbing in the bathroom constantly rumbled. I had just fallen asleep around 11 PM, and even with earplugs in, I was woken up by the sound of fireworks in the courtyard. It went on for at least half an hour. After being startled awake, my heart was pounding, and I couldn't fall back asleep until past 1 AM. Cleanliness: What you see is what you get. Every coil of the hairdryer was filled with mold, and so were the bathroom walls. It was absolutely disgusting. This hotel's original name was Fucheng Yuexiang, and they've doubled their prices after changing the name."

I saw the negative reviews before coming here and thought maybe some customers were making a big deal out of it. After coming here, I just felt like it was totally worthless!! What the heck!!! I'll never come back!"

"We stayed at this hotel on our way back to Shandong from Ulan Butong. The room's sanitation was terrible upon entering. The sink was stained with water, the two rocking chairs in front of the large glass window were wet, there was still water in the kettle, long hair was left on the table, the bar counter wasn't wiped and was greasy, and the floor was greasy too, supposedly from insecticide. When we lifted the covers, we found tiny black bugs in both beds. The coffee cups hadn't been washed either, and the place was a complete mess. The hotel owner was a woman, and she didn't show any apology. She just asked the housekeeping staff to clean up quickly, which took them a long time before we could check in. The bonfire party in the evening lasted until 10 o'clock, which was quite noisy. Breakfast was only five yuan, or 20 yuan per person, and it was millet porridge or seaweed soup with steamed buns or some kind of fried fruit. If it weren't for the remote location, I really wouldn't eat at the hotel. The room cost over 800 yuan because we booked late and it was a holiday. Don't miss it."
