"We stayed at this wonderful hotel from July 26th to August 2th, 2025. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience. Great attention to guests from the reception to the dinner (expecially Daniel who was perfect). We booked a Maple suite on the first floor. It is a suite with two rooms, big and with a nice view on the mountain and the Finkerberg cable car. The hotel is very clean. The valley is divine!!"

"We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults and a 5 year old. Lovely traditional building with gym and sauna downstairs, huge sun terrace at the back. Bus stops right outside to go to Mayrhofen or Hintertux. Stay includes entry to local swimming pool a few mins walk away. Our table for the duration was in the newer dining area which was nice and bright. Food - options were good, but they really need more covered serving dishes. The flies and wasps were a huge problem around the food and at the tables when eating (we do understand we're in the countryside but further measures should be taken to protect food). Seeing delicious breads on offer at breakfast but covered in flies was really off putting. On our last night we did notice a few more fans around food as a deterrent. Unfortunately our room didn't have a fridge which would have been greatly appreciated. The pillows are far too soft, and rooms could do with a fan provided in the summer. Traffic noise from the road is too loud to keep balcony door open at night unfortunately. Our child made friends with the owners daughter which was lovely to see. Everywhere felt very clean and rooms were made up every day with a little Milka on the pillows. All in all, a fine stay in a convenient location for exploring the area, but we were definitely put off by the insects"

"We had an absolutely perfect stay. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were large, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the lift was fantastic and we used the shuttle daily. Our daily breakfast was hearty. We had cooked to order eggs, and a large selection of other delicious options. We were able to get back from our ski day for the daily cakes. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. You could fill up on just the buffet alone, but the three entree selections each night were all varied and delicious. I appreciated the local cuisine. The staff all deserve a shout out for being kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our interactions with them. Bobo and Atilla were fantastic and really helped make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was able to help with laundry service during our stay, they helped arrange transportation back to the Munich airport, we were able to purchase our lift tickets directly through the hotel. The ski lockers and boot dryers in the lockers were fantastic. I felt the hotel was a great value for everything it offered."

"I stayed here for a week as I was sitting a BASI ski instructors' exam on Hintertux Glacier in May 2025. I found Monika through the main Hintertux website in their accommodation section and I'm pleased I did. As it was the interseason I only paid 263 Euro (inc. tourist tax) for the week and because Monika wasn't offering breakfast she moved me to the nicer flat free-of-charge which was very generous. I was in a double-bedroom flat which also had a separate kitchen/living room and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable with stacks of storage space. The bathroom had a huge shower and sink as well as loads of towels. The main kitchen was really well stocked with equipment but didn't have an oven - just hobs and a microwave. There is a ski/boot/bike room next door as well. Everything was brand-new and immaculately clean as well, I couldn't fault it at all! The flat is about 50yds from the bus stops on the main road through Finkenburg which leads to all the ski areas and also to Mayrhofen. The 4104 stops as well as some other buses. The Finkenberger Almbahnen isn't much further away and is easy to reach in ski boots. The town itself has several restaurants and a nice Spar shop with cheese/meat counter. I had a really pleasant stay on what was already quite a stressful course so was glad to be able to come back to somewhere restful after a long day."

"We were at the Gratzerhof for at least the 10th time and, as always, we felt very comfortable. The apartment is simply but functionally furnished. Everything is clean and the operators are super nice and helpful. The ski bus runs right outside the door, w"
