"Unfortunately we were only 4 days at Hotel Kristall, too short and that although our weather was not invited! From the first minute, we were very warmly welcomed at Barbara's reception. We booked half-pension, breakfast buffet did not open any wishes, the 5-fold night menu deserves an extra praise, very lovely made! Rooms review also gets full score, was always kept clean!!! Who wasn't at Hotel Kristall yet, we can recommend this hotel without any cancellation! TOP!!!!! Who has these employees can be proud of his team! Does continue so, we will certainly come back! "I have just spent one week with my two boys at this place for a skiing vacation and I rate it as a fabulous experience, from every aspect this is a five stars experience! The location is great, 5 min from the cable car to the mountain and bus station to go to Myrohoften for dining and shopping. The hotel has an amazing breakfast, hot tub and sauna, beautiful and extremely clean rooms. Last but not least this place is ran by a beautiful couple with so much care and love who will be happy to serve and assist with anything. Thank you Mario and Melanie"

"Our room was spacious and clean, with a room and room, 2 huge TVs, clean towels and bed clothes, had available clothes 👏👏. Has a coffee maker and bottle to warm water. 2 closets. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in this hotel three years ago and it was wonderful, we chose to go again, but it wasn't the first time. Our room had no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no ventilator, we had to open the windows and as it was the front room, there was a lot of noise and horrible smell of cigarette, besides the mugs 🪰. In the breakfast and dinner we put on a table on the terrace, an unacceptable heat and many mosquitoes 🪰 , we gently asked to change our table into the dining room where it tested freshly and had no smoke smell, but they said all tables were reserved, but for 3 days we saw no one sitting on those tables 😣, we were disappointed with this. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was not very good as the first time, soups of the previous day, and had mosquitoes in the table that was exposed. The drinks we asked were hot, unfortunately we didn't have much comfort."

The food is high quality, a lot of choice for everyone. The ski bus stops right at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will come back, when we are in the area."
